Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LvLUI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. License

LvLUI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or commercial embedded UI development. The C code generated by LvLUI is yours to use, modify, and distribute without restriction. The LvLUI editor software itself is provided under the MIT License.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the editor
  • Circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all UI designs and code created using LvLUI. LvLUI claims no intellectual property rights over your projects. The LvLUI name, logo, and brand assets remain the property of LvLUI and may not be used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

LvLUI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall LvLUI be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or hardware damage resulting from generated code.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your projects may be deleted after a reasonable grace period. Exported code is not affected by account termination.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
