Is LvLUI really free during beta?
Yes. All features across all plans are completely free while LvLUI is in public beta. No credit card required. We will announce pricing changes well in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and wire transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can request invoice-based billing.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate charges for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
During beta, all plans are free. When we launch paid plans, Pro and Team will offer a 30-day free trial with no commitment.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
Your projects are never deleted. If you downgrade to a plan with limits, you will not be able to create new projects or screens beyond the limit, but existing data is preserved.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact our support team for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
